Here’s why verification is essential for educators on Your Staff Hub and the simple steps to get verified and start booking childcare shifts
At Your Staff Hub, our mission is to connect qualified childcare educators with childcare centres in need of relief staff – quickly, efficiently, and safely.
To ensure the best experience for everyone involved, we ask all educators to complete a verification process when signing up to the platform.
Why it’s important to get verified on Your Staff Hub
Verification is a crucial step in creating a trustworthy and secure online environment for both educators and childcare centres. Here’s why it matters:
Preventing fraud and digital crime
Identity verification plays a key role in detecting and preventing fraudulent activity. It protects both educators and childcare providers from scams, identity theft, and other digital threats that can have serious consequences.
Complying with regulations
Childcare is a regulated industry. Verification ensures we’re meeting legal requirements related to identity, qualifications. It also supports safe hiring practices and contributes to child safety – something we all value.
